About me

Hello! My name is Lucy. I live in Circleville, Ohio. I am currently 13 years old and I am in 7th grade. I am going to be talking about me! (yay)

Some things about me are that I have 3 cats, 1 dog, a hamster, and a bucket full of chickens. Spending time with all my animals takes up A LOT of my time. It’s alright though because I love hanging out with every single one of my animals…….except for one, my rooster. My rooster’s name is Khumba. Khumba is a bantam which means he is a miniature chicken. I know most people that are reading this probably think I am a wimp for being scared of a miniature chicken but you haven’t been attacked by him so you can’t say anything, plus he is actually really big for being a bantam.

Another thing about me is that I love school….most of the time. It’s just when I have to do Math, Social Studies, ELA, Technology (although we don’t do that much in Technology), AND Science, it kind of gets repetitious doing all that everyday. Out of all the subjects I have Technology has to be my favorite. Sorry Mrs. Caudill (my ELA teacher), but I just really like Technology. Other than that it’s really nice to hang out with most of my friends most of the day.

Just a random thing I do pretty much everyday is SPORTS! I do Cross Country and Softball. I do Cross country everyday after school except Fridays. It’s SO fun! Additionally I’ll have a meet/race on Saturday or a different day of the week every once in a while but those are still really fun. I do Softball more on the weekends. Sometimes I will have Softball practice RIGHT AFTER Cross Country, and let me tell you that is the WORST. Overall though hanging out with both my Cross Country team and my Softball team is always delightful.

The last thing about me is my social skills. Not to brag or anything but, I am really awesome at talking in public. Just kidding! I am really BAD. I just hate talking in front of people. I feel like I am sooo much better at typing online. I always get nervous and scared that I’m going to mess up what I am trying to say. I don’t tend to screw up speaking with my friends because I don’t mind messing up in front of my friends than I do in front of a bigger crowd.

Hopefully you enjoyed!  Sincerely, Lucy Caplinger
